I'm having trouble with the Wi-Fi connection on my Windows 11 laptop. It takes a long time to connect, and even when it connects, it shows 'no internet connection.' Interestingly, when I try connecting via my phone's hotspot, it works perfectly and shows 'Internet access.' However, if I use my phone as a repeater with the same Wi-Fi network, I get the same no internet message. I also shared a video in the comments for reference.

Try disconnecting from both the Wi-Fi networks and then restart your laptop. Once it's back on, attempt to connect to the original Wi-Fi network again. If that doesn’t work, go into Device Manager, find your wireless adapter, remove it, and then restart your laptop. This could help reset your connection.
I'd suggest disconnecting from that Wi-Fi network and reconnecting. If that doesn’t solve the issue, open the command prompt and type 'ipconfig /release' followed by 'ipconfig /renew.' If all else fails, consider reinstalling your network driver as a last resort.
