Looking for Upgrade Recommendations for My PC

I'm looking for some upgrade recommendations for my gaming PC. Here's my current setup: an EVGA 3070 GPU, AMD 5600X CPU, 32GB of Trident 3600MHz RAM, an ASUS TUF X570 motherboard, and an AIO cooler that I might want to replace with air cooling. I have an 850W Platinum PSU, but honestly, I can't remember the brand. I built this rig back in 2020 and mostly game at 1440p with a 165Hz monitor. I play a lot of hero shooters, ARPGs, Warframe, and Guild Wars. I'm not really into heavy ray tracing like Cyberpunk, and I also dabble in some homelabbing with VMs, but gaming is my main focus. I've been feeling like my system is slowing down a bit lately. I've been trying to hunt down a 5700X3D or 5800X3D, but I can't find one that's reasonably priced or in stock. Is Newegg still a reliable option, or are scams too common now? I have a bit of budget to work with but prefer not to spend over $1,000. I could consider RAM upgrades, but I'm wondering what else I should look out for. I plan to do a complete rebuild in a few years when I go all out for a future-proof PC, but any suggestions for upgrades in the meantime would be greatly appreciated, especially since I recently missed my chance to grab a 5700X3D.

One potential option is to just grab a 5070 GPU since the 5000X3Ds are out of production. Prices for used ones are inflated, so it's a tricky market.
