I recently tried to connect my old iPhone 5 to my Mac because it's disabled. I clicked 'Trust this Device' on my Mac, but I never got the notification on the iPhone 5. It seems to be working fine on my newer iPhone 11 Pro. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks a lot!

It sounds like your iPhone 5 might need to be put into recovery mode to be recognized by your Mac. Unlike the newer models, the older iPhones can be a bit tricky with trust notifications. Check out Apple's guide on how to do this!

I tried recovery mode but it still just shows the 'Trust This iPhone' screen and has been stuck there for 5 hours. Any thoughts?!
