I'm planning to upgrade my GPU but I'm really concerned about the noise levels. My previous card, a Gainward RTX 3070, was incredibly loud, to the point where I thought it was malfunctioning! Even after changing the thermal paste and pads, I found very little difference in noise. So, I switched to an OEM Dell RTX 3070, and it's like a different world – I can barely hear it even when maxing it out with FurMark; it stays under 30 decibels from about three meters away.
Now, I'm exploring options for a more powerful 40 or 50 series GPU that won't get too loud while gaming. Ideally, I want something as quiet as my Dell RTX 3070, which I'm really satisfied with. Is there a card out there that can stay under 35 decibels?

I can’t provide exact noise levels, but my 5070 Ti TUF is really quiet, about the same as my previous 2080 Ti. I hardly hear it except for a bit of coil whine. I did undervolt it and adjusted some settings in Afterburner, which might help.
