Best Budget 34″ 1440p Monitor for YouTube?

I'm looking for recommendations for a decent secondary monitor, specifically a 34" 1440p model. My primary monitor is a Samsung OLED 34", and I want the resolutions to line up since I'll mostly be using the second one for YouTube and other casual content. Ideally, I want to keep my budget under $250, but cheaper is always better. I've heard good things about VA panels recently, so I'm considering those as well. Any thoughts?

If you're set on getting another 34" monitor but want to avoid the OLED price, go for a VA panel. Just know that the budget ones can have some drawbacks with picture quality. But at this price point, they could be a solid solution for your needs!

Having dual 34" monitors can be a bit overkill for just watching YouTube! I ended up just using one for work and one for personal stuff. Stacking them didn't work out for me, so I'm really happy having them side by side now. If you really want another 34", keep in mind that cheaper VA panels might have issues like dark smear or overshoot.

Honestly, if you're mainly using it for YouTube, you might want to consider a 27" 1440p monitor instead. They match the height of your 34" nicely when placed to the side. The AOC Q27G3XMN is a great choice, priced around $280, and it's one of the best non-OLED HDR monitors, so it should look decent next to your OLED. If you prefer a budget option, the LG 27G610A-B is another solid pick, but be aware that IPS panels can look very different in a dark room.
