Hey everyone! I've finally saved up for a new PC after years with my old i3 and GTX 1660. I'm excited to go full AMD this time, aiming for a build featuring the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and Radeon RX 9070 XT. My budget is around 8500 PLN (approximately 2020 EUR or 2400 USD) since I'm based in Poland. I've created a parts list on PCPartPicker that fits right into my budget, but I'm looking for some input. You can check it out here: [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/V77zK7).
Here's a quick rundown of my parts:
- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor
- **CPU Cooler:** Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 120mm
- **Motherboard:** MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard
- **Memory:** Patriot Viper Venom 32 GB DDR5-6000
- **Storage:** Crucial P310 1 TB NVME SSD
- **Video Card:** XFX Radeon RX 9070 XT QuickSilver
- **Case:** Lian Li O11 Dynamic Mini V2 Flow ATX Mid Tower
- **Power Supply:** Lian Li SX0850P 850 W 80+ Platinum Certified
My main concerns are about CPU cooling - I'd like to keep the temps under 75°C during load. Also, will the AIO fit well in the Lian Li case? Since I'm building my first PC, I'm wondering if the parts I've chosen make sense together. Should I go for an ATX motherboard instead of m-ATX?
**UPDATE:** I've changed my PSU, GPU, and cooling based on some feedback!

Everything looks solid, but I wouldn’t recommend a Corsair PSU with an 'e' in its name. They often have cheaper connectivity. If you want a good cooler but want to save some cash, consider a CPU air cooler instead. They can perform just as well as AIOs and last longer!
You might want to consider spending a little more on the Red Devil version of the 9070 XT for better performance. Also, the PSU you've selected isn't known for the best quality. The Lian Li is a solid choice for the PSU, so go with that one instead.
Thanks for the heads up! I'll watch for a better deal on the Red Devil since it's quite a bit pricier here. I'll definitely go with the PSU you mentioned.

Cześć! Thanks for the advice, I’m not too worried about the cooler's LCD and RGB features. I’ve seen the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE being used in my case—do you think it’s a good option, or should I look at something else?
