Hey everyone! I've put together a list of components for a 1440p gaming PC, primarily gearing up for GTA VI, which I'm hoping to play when it launches in about 1.5 to 2 years. Everything seems good overall! Just a small tip: if you're not caught up on aesthetics, try switching to the Phantom Spirit 120 cooler (avoid the SE or EVO versions) because it's quieter and works better from what I've seen. I have the EVO on one of my builds, and it can get pretty noisy, plus the non-SE variant is less annoying sound-wise. The EVO does look nice though!
Your build looks solid, but I'd suggest reconsidering the B850 motherboard. It's pretty pricey and you could save some cash by going with the B650. It's quite similar in performance and many of them come with features like a Gen 5 M.2 slot, which you won't even need that much. Just my two cents!
I agree! The B650 really does give you most of what you need without breaking the bank.
