I need to enable secure boot for a game I want to play, but as soon as I turn it on, I get a popup saying 'Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup.' The only way I can get back into my PC is by disabling secure boot, but I really need it on for the game. Is there a way to fix this?

Try restarting your computer and entering the BIOS. Look for the Secure Boot settings and select either 'Restore Factory Keys' or 'Install Default Keys'. Make sure to save your settings and exit. This should refresh the certificates necessary for your operating system to boot with secure boot enabled.
Head into your BIOS or UEFI settings, navigate to the Boot or Security section, find Secure Boot, and just confirm it’s enabled. Make sure to save those changes before rebooting.
It might be related to your motherboard, especially if you’re using a Gigabyte board. A quick fix could be removing all connected drives (like SSDs or SATA disks) while secure boot is enabled. After that, try rebooting and see if the error persists.
