I recently upgraded some parts on my PC, and while the WiFi worked fine initially, it vanished completely after I downloaded a game and stepped away for a bit. Even though my Ethernet works, it's pretty slow, and I'd really prefer to use my WiFi. In Device Manager, my WiFi adapter (RZ616 WiFi 6E 160MHZ) shows a code 10 error, stating the operation was unsuccessful. I'm at a loss here! Is my setup corrupted, or do I really need to just reinstall Windows?

Have you checked if you have restore points enabled? If you do, you can roll back to an earlier state. Try opening Command Prompt and typing `rstrui.exe` to perform a System Restore. Just be sure to select an earlier restore point by clicking ‘Show more restore points’ if it's available. Restart the machine after trying any changes to see if that helps!
You might want to give your PC a restart first; it sounds simple, but it can work wonders. If that doesn't help, go to Device Manager, find your Wi-Fi adapter, and try uninstalling it. Check the box that says ‘Delete the driver software for this device’ if it pops up. After that, reboot and then install the correct driver from your motherboard or adapter's manufacturer. Also, make sure to update your chipset drivers and uncheck 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power' in the Wi-Fi power management settings. If none of that works, it could be a hardware issue.
Did you manage to update your motherboard drivers from the manufacturer’s site? Sometimes that’s necessary after upgrades to fix these kinds of issues.
