I'm looking to upgrade my GPU and can only choose one from the RX 7600, RTX 5050, or ARC B580. I currently have a Ryzen 5 5500, and I want to ensure I pick the best option for 1080p gaming. I'd appreciate any thoughts on performance and value!

Consider waiting for the RTX 5060 if you can. It's worth holding out for that over the 5050, but if you need a card now, the B580 is a solid choice.

Would it make sense to buy the B580 now if I plan to upgrade my CPU in the future?

B580 all the way! It should handle your setup perfectly. Just keep in mind that the performance depends a bit on pricing; if you're not in the USA, prices might vary.

If you're looking at the RTX 5050, I wouldn't recommend it unless the pricing is super low. The 7600 and B580 are way better options for the money.

I'd go with the ARC B580. I've been using it and love the performance. It's the best choice among the three, especially for 1080p gaming.

Out of these, the B580 is the best option. However, keep in mind that if you can find a good deal on a used card, something like a 3070 could be a better bet for longevity.
