I'm having trouble with my new PC while trying to play Warframe and other games. The frame rates are inconsistent, dropping as low as 90, which makes for an unpleasant gaming experience. Here are my specs: an R7 9800X3D CPU, an RTX 5070 Ti GPU, 32 GB of Gen 5 RAM, a 2 TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD, and an MSI MAG B850 motherboard. Can anyone help me figure out what might be causing these issues? I'm really confused about why this is happening.

Have you looked at your temperatures? If everything's fine there, it’s also a good idea to check if your BIOS is updated and ensure that XMP or EXPO is enabled. Lastly, what resolution are you gaming at? Sometimes that can affect performance too!
It sounds like there might be a few things to check! First off, did you remember to remove any plastic covers on your CPU cooler? Also, make sure you used thermal paste if it wasn't pre-applied. If you're using an AIO cooler, it’s crucial that all wires are connected, especially for the pump to keep your CPU cool.
