Hey everyone! I've been trying to access the GNU website, specifically this link: https://www.gnu.org/software/bash/manual/html_node/The-Shopt-Builtin.html, but I keep getting a 403 Forbidden error. Can anyone explain why this is happening?

It sounds like your IP might be blacklisted by their server. If you're using a VPN, try switching to a different server to see if that helps. If you're not on a VPN and have a static IP address, it could be that your real IP is being blocked. If your IP changes often and you still can't access it, consider checking if your device is part of a botnet. I was able to access the site just fine so it’s likely an IP issue.
You might want to check if your ISP is blocking the site. A quick trick is to remove the 's' from the 'https' in the URL and see what happens. I get a message from my ISP telling me it's a dangerous site whenever I try that. Just something to look into!
