Is My Budget PC Build Any Good?

I've been working on a semi-budget PC build and I'm hoping to finalize my parts soon. I'd prefer to keep the CPU, motherboard, and RAM since I plan to grab them as a bundle from Microcenter. Here are the specs I'm considering:

- CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X3D
- Motherboard: MSI PRO B850M-P
- RAM: G.Skill Flare 16GB DDR5-6000
- GPU: 5060 Ti with 16GB VRAM
- SSD: Silicon Power 1TB M.2-2280 NVMe
- PSU: MSI MAG A650BN 650W 80+ Bronze

Is this a solid setup or should I look into other options?

This looks like a pretty balanced build overall! Personally, I might opt for a higher-end motherboard, but that bundle you’re eyeing seems like a great deal.

What’s your budget? With these components, you might want to check out the PowerSpec pre-build systems from Micro Center. If you’re building yourself, consider going for 32GB of RAM; you can upgrade to that in the bundle for just $70 more, which is a steal right now! Also, keep in mind that your motherboard in the bundle is actually the ATX-sized MSI B850 Gaming Pro, not the mATX-sized MSI Pro B850M-P.

My budget is around $1300-$1400 but I can stretch it a little if needed. Are those pre-build systems just standard pre-built PCs or do they offer something different?

Great build! But you might want to consider upgrading to a 5070 since they’re only about 10% less powerful than the 5060 Ti and offer better raw performance. Also, it seems like you're going for a single stick of RAM, which could bottleneck your performance; I know RAM prices are a pain right now, though!

True, it's just one stick for now, but I'm planning to add another once prices drop.
