Help! I’m Blocked from iMessage and Can’t Get Any Answers

I've been permanently blocked from using iMessage and FaceTime because Apple claims someone reported my number as spam. I find this hard to believe and Apple isn't offering any further information—just saying there's nothing they can do about it. They suggested I should change my phone number and create an entirely new Apple ID, which isn't feasible for me since I run my business via my phone. I'm reaching out to see if anyone here works for Apple and can look into my case, especially since they mentioned it's all done by an automated system. I'm really at my wit's end!
