Suggestions for Replacing a Failed Z590 Motherboard

I've been using my rig for about five years, and it's been reliable until now. Unfortunately, the motherboard has finally given out on me, and I need a replacement. I previously had an ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-E, but due to some past issues, I'd prefer to go with a different brand this time. My setup includes an i7-11700K processor, four sticks of 8GB DDR4 3600 RAM, and a Gigabyte 3080 graphics card.

I'm looking for recommendations for a decent Z590 replacement and am open to spending a little more if needed. However, I'm also planning on upgrading my entire rig in about a year, depending on my budget and market prices, especially with memory being so volatile right now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you're sticking with the Z590, you might have to look into used boards unless you find a good deal on a new one that someone is offloading. It's pretty dependent on what's available in your area.

Yeah, I'm kind of concerned about the availability. Any tips on how to filter my search?

I've had an Asrock board that's been running smoothly as a daily driver for my TV PC. Just check places like eBay or similar listings for availability; your options might be a bit limited, though. I'd also suggest picking one with a solid VRM if you can find it.

I checked and it seems like nothing's available on Jawa. I'm guessing eBay is my best bet, though I'm wary of refurbished boards from places like Newegg.

I've been using an MSI Z590 Gaming Edge and absolutely love it. I've had a great experience with MSI motherboards—definitely recommend them if you want reliability.
