My New PC Won’t Display Anything—What Should I Check Next?

I recently built a new PC, but I'm hitting a roadblock: my screen remains completely blank. I know my motherboard's USB ports work because I tested them. Here's what I've already tried: I booted the system with everything connected, ensuring the HDMI cable was plugged into the GPU, but I got a 'no input' message. Then, I tried booting without the GPU and connected the HDMI cable to the motherboard's HDMI port, which recognized input but still showed a black screen. I even swapped the RAM sticks and cleared the CMOS. I recently replaced the power supply with a Lian Li SP750 750 Watt 80 Plus Gold SFX. My components include an AMD Ryzen 5 7600, ASRock A620I Lightning motherboard, and an Asus PRIME OC GeForce RTX 5070 Ti. Can anyone suggest what to do next?

When building a new PC, it's best to do a test boot outside the case with just the PSU, motherboard, CPU, RAM, and GPU. This way, you can isolate any issues before adding everything else. I faced a similar issue with a faulty power supply on my build, so if you can, try swapping it out with another one to rule it out as the problem.

I tried to build it outside the case but couldn’t reach the power pins because my cooler was blocking it, so I ended up building it inside. I don't have another PSU to test with.

It's worth checking if you have a PC speaker connected to the motherboard. The beeping patterns can give you clues about what's wrong. If it’s a GPU issue, try removing it and use the motherboard's video outputs instead. For RAM issues, just use one stick in different slots to see if that helps.

I don't have a speaker connected; do I need to buy one?

You might want to try clearing the CMOS again, but make sure to power cycle first. Unplug the power cable from your PSU, press the power button on your case to discharge any residual power, then clear the CMOS. After that, reconnect the power and try booting up again.

Still got a black screen when using the HDMI on the motherboard, but the GPU shows a blue screen.
