I recently had my debit card hacked, and I have no clue how it happened. After closing my old card, I got a new one, but within a month, I started noticing fraudulent transactions that I definitely didn't make. It was impossible for me to have made those purchases based on my location. I suspect it might be connected to my streaming accounts needing my new card information. I received an email that looked like it was from Netflix, stating my account was on hold and needed my new details. I clicked on it, started putting in my card info, but then they asked for my social security number, which made me realize it was a scam. I stopped before submitting anything. My question is, could they have accessed my card information just by clicking the email? Can they see what I typed in, even if I didn't submit it? I'm really confused about how they got my new card info so quickly. Any advice would be super helpful!

It sounds like your info might have been compromised from one of those streaming sites. It could also be from a browser extension or a different account that you use. It’s a good idea to contact your bank to check your past transactions to track where your money is going and to see where your info might have leaked from.
I checked that email again, and it looked legit at first, but when I clicked on the sender's address, it was totally different. I stopped filling out the form, but I wonder if they could see what I typed before I exited.
