Why does my PC shut down randomly and require unplugging to restart?

For about a month now, I've been experiencing a frustrating issue with my PC. During random cold boot attempts, it will turn on and then off again. To get it to power back on, I have to unplug and replug the power cable, which sometimes allows it to boot normally. I've even removed the CMOS battery a couple of times after it shut down, and it would power back on without any issues. I'm looking for insights from anyone who might have encountered a similar issue. Here are some details:

- This happens with all peripherals unplugged.
- It occurs at random times.
- All stress tests pass with excellent results.

My hardware specifications are:
- PSU: AR 750 WATT 1stplayer
- GPU: 5070 from Gainward's PHOENIX
- CPU: 7800X3D

Have you checked the power button? If that’s not it, consider reviewing your PSU. It should be sufficient for your setup, but defects can happen. Since your PC is only two months old, there shouldn't be any major issues, but it's worth investigating further.

It sounds like your PC is stuck in a shutdown and restart loop. From my experience, this could be related to either your motherboard or CPU. I had a similar issue before, and it turned out to be my CPU causing the problems.
