I'm looking for some advice before I renew my Microsoft 365 Business subscription. Has anyone had experience dealing with Trusted Tech Team for Microsoft licensing? I've heard they're recognized as a direct Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and a Microsoft solutions partner, but I'm interested in real-life experiences. I'm not looking for managed services at the moment; I just want clear licensing, straightforward billing, and someone who knows the ins and outs of Microsoft licensing, especially for those tricky edge cases.

I'm a bit hesitant about companies that have 'trusted' in their name. We haven't used Trusted Tech Team ourselves, but just wanted to share that thought.

We've sourced all of our non-cloud Microsoft products from Trusted Tech Team. They've been great to work with—quick turnaround, really competitive pricing, and they've helped me out even when I made mistakes. I can't comment on their CSP capabilities, though.
We typically go with Dell for our Microsoft licensing needs. They provide better support for these products than Microsoft itself does. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for assistance.
