I've been dealing with an internet issue for the past couple of days, and I'm really stuck. My IP seems to be working fine, and it's not a proxy issue. I suspect it might be a DNS problem since I've set my DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1. I've even tried resetting my Wi-Fi driver and did a full network reset. However, I'm still facing issues as I can't access websites like Google or YouTube, even though I can ping their IP addresses successfully. I've tried connecting to four different Wi-Fi networks, and the issue persists. Any help would be appreciated!

Another thing to check is the firewall settings on your device. Sometimes they can block DNS requests inadvertently. If everything else fails, you might want to try a different public DNS server, like Cloudflare's (1.1.1.1), temporarily to see if that resolves the issue. If not, you might need to look into your router settings or even consider contacting your ISP.
It sounds like you've done a lot of troubleshooting already! Since you can ping IP addresses but not domain names, it really does point to a DNS issue. Have you tried flushing your DNS cache? You can do this by running 'ipconfig /flushdns' in the command prompt. It may help resolve some hiccups. Also, double-check your network settings to ensure nothing is misconfigured.
Good point! I had a similar issue, and flushing the DNS did the trick for me. Sometimes old cache can mess things up.

Definitely worth checking the firewall! I overlooked that once and it turned out to be the issue.
