Do PDFs Without Copying Options Still Allow Clickable Links?

Hey everyone, I've got a question about uploading PDFs. If I create a PDF that restricts copying (I know people can get around this if they want), will it also remove the ability for readers to click on links? I'm particularly concerned about chapter links that help readers navigate without endless scrolling, as I've heard this can be really frustrating for some. Thanks a ton for any insights!

You might consider making the links visible as separate text instead of embedding them in the main content. This way, they can still navigate easily without the copy restrictions.

Oh, do you mean in a separate PDF? Just asking because some days my brain doesn't work right. Thanks for your help!
