What are some tips for building my new Asrock B850M x WiFi PC?

Hey everyone! I've spent the past year gathering parts for my new PC, which I plan to use mainly for gaming and watching movies. Although I've benefited from timing on RAM prices, I feel like I overpaid for an SSD. Now that I have all my components, including an Asrock B850M X WiFi motherboard, Ryzen 7800x3d, 32GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM, a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE cooler, a Samsung 9100 PRO SSD, an nVidia 2070 graphics card, and a Corsair 650W power supply I'm reusing, I'm ready to assemble everything. However, I've heard some issues with Asrock boards from others, and I'm curious if anyone has tips for me, especially regarding flashing the BIOS or any other build advice. I'm a bit nostalgic about dismantling my trusty i7 4770k rig after all these years!

Definitely prioritize updating the BIOS first! It's often the first step after initial power-on, and if your motherboard supports BIOS flashback, you can do it even before you install the CPU and RAM. Just make sure you have the latest version on a USB drive ready to go!

So just plug everything in without the CPU or RAM and do the flashback, right? Sounds simple enough!

The common issues with ASRock boards usually pop up when overclocking, so it's wise to update the BIOS before you start tweaking anything. Trust me, doing it from within the BIOS is quicker and smoother than using the flashback option.

Got it! So once the BIOS is updated, I can dive into using EXPO? Or should I steer clear of that?
