How can I delete specific duplicate files from a folder without searching manually?

I've extracted a bunch of files and folders, but they've all mixed together with other files. Instead of hunting each one down to delete, I'd like to know if there's a way to use the file conflict feature that comes up when I try to copy them back. I get over 180 conflicts, and while I can choose to skip or replace them, I can't find a way to delete them. Are there tools or methods that can help me efficiently delete just the duplicates? I've tried some duplicate finders like dupe guru, but they return a lot of irrelevant duplicates— I'm looking for something more targeted to my specific files instead.

You might want to check out FreeCommander and enable the Plain View - Files option. This will let you ignore folders completely, and you'll be able to see a sorted list of all your files to identify the duplicates more easily.

That sounds like a neat trick! Been looking for a way to simplify file management.
