I'm having a frustrating problem with my PC crashing unexpectedly, whether I'm gaming or just watching YouTube or listening to music. It makes this terrible glitch sound, the screen freezes, and I have to power it off to get it to restart. I'm not sure if it's a RAM issue, overheating, or possibly the power supply unit (PSU). I'm really at a loss for where to begin troubleshooting this.

I’d recommend checking the Event Viewer to see if there are any error reports. Are you getting a blue screen of death (BSOD), or does it just freeze and restart by itself without any warning? That can help pinpoint the issue.
It’s just freezing up. I can still move around in my game and hear my friends in chat, but the screen completely freezes. No BSOD for me.
