I'm using an older ASUS ROG GL552VW laptop with a GTX 960M graphics card, and I'm struggling to update my driver since the new NVIDIA Experience app doesn't support it. I'm looking for help on how to find the latest graphics driver from NVIDIA for my setup. Any suggestions?

I recommend using NVCleanstall. It’s a great tool that selects the best GPU drivers, downloads, and installs them for you. Just choose the 'Recommended' components when prompted, and it’s a breeze! You can find it here: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-nvcleanstall/. It's worked well for me!

Thank you! This helped a lot, seems like it fixed most of my issues!

The ASUS Support page for the GL552VW only has drivers for Windows 10, focusing on Intel graphics. However, you can find the NVIDIA Game Ready Drivers for the GTX 960M here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/263266/. You'll want to look for the GeForce 900M Series under the NVIDIA Manual Driver Search. Hope this helps your laptop run smoother!

Thank you! I appreciate this so much. This was all I needed to hear, because I am not smart enough to figure this out on my own.

Can't you just Google this? There are driver sections for laptops on manufacturer websites. If your laptop is from Dell, there's this link: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=rthwg.

OP’s laptop is from ASUS, not Dell, and the GPU is dedicated. It’s much safer and better to download the drivers directly from NVIDIA!
