I'm on the hunt for a new spam filter solution because I'm fed up with the limitations of SpamTitan. My business has about 60 employees and we deal with high volumes of emails and spam, particularly phishing attempts. Currently, we're using Outlook Classic through Microsoft 365 with Exchange Online.
I'm leaning towards an appliance setup to speed things up. Ideally, I want features like right-click menus to delete emails from all inboxes, and easy options to whitelist or block emails for the entire organization. I'd also like my users to have the ability to request whitelisting for the organization with my approval. Overall, I need something that simplifies management for a one-person IT department. Check out Xeams! It has a web-based admin interface and can do everything you mentioned, although the process might be a bit different from what you're used to. It's pretty solid overall.
We use Mimecast and it's fantastic! The levels of control are impressive, and the admin portal is super user-friendly, which makes management a breeze.
