Help Needed: New PC Build Won’t Boot, RGB Lights On Motherboard Only

Hey everyone! I'm reaching out for some help with my new PC build that seems to be stuck in the boot process. Here are the specs: Asus 5070ti graphics card, Ryzen 7 9800x3d CPU, 32GB Corsair DDR5 RAM, Asus Tuf B850 Plus WiFi motherboard, Samsung 2TB SSD, and a RM750e power supply. I've built a few PCs before without any issues, but this one is giving me a tough time.

The system is not booting at all; the only sign of life is the RGB lights on the motherboard. There's no fan activity from the PSU or CPU cooler, and I've checked the PSU separately with my old build, so I know it's working. I've replaced the motherboard with a new one but still no improvement. The debug lights on the motherboard aren't showing any errors either.

Here's what I've done so far to troubleshoot:
- Built the PC both in and out of the case
- Replaced the motherboard
- Tried shorting with a screwdriver
- Removed the battery to reset the CMOS
- Tested with another power supply

I've even reseated the CPU and removed all components except for the CPU, but nothing seems to work. Any advice or guidance on what to try next would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you tried removing the GPU altogether and then connecting your display directly to the motherboard? That can help isolate the issue. I would recommend starting with only the motherboard, CPU, CPU cooler, and one stick of RAM in slot A2. Make sure to connect just the 24-pin and CPU power cables. Leave the GPU, drives, and other fans disconnected for now and see what happens.

Just to confirm, you’re currently running the setup with only the CPU, 24-pin connector, and one stick of RAM, right? The RGB on the motherboard is nice, but if you aren't seeing any debug lights and nothing is spinning up, it could still be a power issue or a motherboard fault. Have you ensured everything is seated properly and that there aren’t any short circuits with the motherboard?
