I received an email saying, "Your account will be deleted soon—pay now to keep your data." The problem is that my subscription is currently disabled due to a credit card issue from last year. I can't find any option to enable it and make a payment, and I'm unable to submit a support ticket for help.

You should start by checking the billing section in your Azure account. That's usually where you'll find options to resolve payment issues.
Are you sure that email is legitimate? We often get phishing attempts, and it might be a scam.

I'm confident it's a real email. I'm just looking to pay my balance and reactivate my account.
