I'm having a frustrating issue with my setup: an I3-12100F processor, 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and an RX 6600 graphics card on a 144Hz monitor. I've tried everything I can think of—overclocking, underclocking, using ThrottleStop, enabling XMP, disabling V-Sync, lowering the refresh rate, and nothing makes a difference. The stuttering happens every five seconds, and I've noticed that the GPU usage drops to zero during these moments. Any thoughts on what's going wrong?

Hey! Looks like your RAM is hitting 94-99% usage in the video. Try closing some background applications and browser tabs; that might be the main issue. When RAM gets overloaded, your system starts using the swap file, causing those stutters.

It's also happening on my desktop and in games like Minecraft. Any other fixes?
