Issues with iPhone 16 Camera and TikTok Video Speed

I'm a content creator and rely heavily on my iPhone for making ASMR videos and content for my retail business. Recently, I've been facing a frustrating issue with my new iPhone 16. When I save TikTok videos for reposting on Instagram and Snapchat, they save at 25% speed, which I often forget. This leads to me accidentally posting videos that are in slow motion, and it messes with the algorithms on those platforms if I try to delete and reupload. How can I fix this problem? Additionally, when I airdrop videos to my Macbook, they also appear in slow motion.

On another note, while filming directly on TikTok for my retail accounts, the camera keeps refocusing, causing my video to look blurry for brief moments. Is there a solution for that as well? Thanks for any help!

For the airdrop issue, it could be worth resetting your phone's settings or checking for updates. Sometimes bugs get fixed with a new update! Also, consider saving the TikTok video to your camera roll before uploading—it might help prevent the slow-mo playback. Regarding the focus problem while streaming, I've heard that switching to a different filming mode might help reduce the constant refocusing. Just some ideas to try!

It sounds like the slow-mo issue could be related to how TikTok saves your videos. Try exporting your videos in a different format or using a different editor to see if that helps maintain the playback speed. As for the airdrop, make sure there's no setting on your iPhone that's adjusting the speed automatically when sending to your computer.

For the camera focusing issue, it's true that the camera might be adjusting based on the movement in the frame. Try minimizing your movements and see if that makes a difference. Some users find that enabling manual focus helps stabilize things during streaming.

I agree with minimizing movement! Also, check if you have any focus settings or features turned on that might be causing the camera to refocus every few seconds. Sometimes, those settings can be overly sensitive.

You might also want to check your iPhone settings for video recording. There could be options that affect the playback speed or focus behavior. Exploring your camera settings might yield some tweaks that help!
