I'm dealing with some frustrating issues because our domain registrar, Rebel, has been leading our users to malicious websites instead of our actual services. Although we've used Rebel for a while and it has only had a couple of partial outages each year, this is the first time their servers have provided incorrect information. I'm curious about what everyone else does regarding domain registration and DNS services. Do you let your registrar handle your DNS? What registrars or DNS solutions are you currently using?

We've been using Cloudflare for both DNS and domain registration. They don’t gouge you with extra costs, unlike some other registrars. I had a bad experience with Name.com since they forced manual coupon use at renewal, which was just irritating. There's a downside that you have to use their DNS if you register with them, but that’s not an issue for us since we're already using their free services.
I think bigger companies offer more reliability. Sure, GoDaddy’s interface isn’t the best, but they provide stable service. AWS Route 53 is also fantastic if you’re already on AWS, and Cloudflare is a great choice for DNS.
I personally use Nameshield as my registrar and OVHcloud for DNS, and it's worked well for me.
I recommend switching to Cloudflare for your name servers. Their DNS is super reliable and free, plus they offer easy features like caching, CDNs, and WAFs if you decide to run your names through there.
I've been using Namecheap for years and have found them very reliable and user-friendly, both personally and for work. I also combine them with Route 53 for added reliability.
