Is it worth upgrading from a Ryzen 7700 to a 7800X3D for better performance?

Hey everyone! I'm looking to reduce stuttering and improve my 1% lows in gaming. My current setup includes a 4K display, a Ryzen 7700 CPU, 32GB of 5200 CL40 RAM, and a 5070 Ti GPU. I've heard that the quality of RAM might be affecting my performance, particularly with stuttering. I've also seen some videos suggesting that X3D CPUs don't rely heavily on RAM quality. So, I'm curious—will upgrading to the 7800X3D really make a significant difference in my 1% lows? Is it worth making that upgrade? By the way, memory integrity is off, and I've got the EXPO profile enabled.

You might see some improvement, but honestly, it might not be worth the cost. Instead of upgrading your CPU, consider overclocking your RAM and applying a PBO offset on your current CPU. The Ryzen 7700 should hold up just fine, especially for 4K gaming.

Yeah, my average FPS is good, but I'm still struggling with those 1% lows.
