What Upgrades Should I Consider for My Gaming PC?

Hey everyone! I could use some help figuring out how to upgrade my gaming PC. It was built around December 2022, and while I got a lot of help during the building process, I'm not very tech-savvy. Here are my current specs:

- CPU: 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11700F
- RAM: 16GB
- Storage: 465 GB SSD, 900 GB HDD
- GPU: RTX 3060

Lately, I've been running into issues where I can't play modern games without having to lower the resolution, which really affects gameplay. I want to ensure my PC can handle higher-end resolutions, like playing **Kingdom Come: Deliverance** at 1920 x 1080 without crashing. I'm also looking forward to games like **GTA VI** and **TES VI** and want to upgrade my system to run well in the next few years. I'd love any advice or links to resources that could help! Thanks a ton!

I'd suggest upgrading both your GPU to the 9060 XT 16GB and adding more storage. If you don’t have one already, getting a 650W PSU can help support that GPU.

Thanks for the suggestion! The 9060 XT does seem to be recommended a lot. About storage, are you suggesting I need more SSD space? Would a TB be good?

Honestly, a GPU upgrade is really where you should start. You might want to look into something like the RX 9060 XT 16GB or the RTX 5060 8GB.

You should check what kind of power supply you have. The i7-11700K is still a solid CPU, so a new GPU could give your system the boost it needs without a complete overhaul. If you're okay with used parts, consider an RX 6800XT or an RTX 3080. If you want new, definitely go for the RX 9060 XT 16GB.
