I accidentally spilled tea all over my mouse while playing a game, but I wiped it up immediately. The mouse buttons still work, but the sensor isn't responding at all. The RGB lights are still on, which is a good sign. What steps can I take to fix it, and how likely is it that my mouse is broken? Any advice would be appreciated!

Yeah, but remember, I've just been using this mouse for a week now, so hopefully, it’s still in good shape!
First things first, unplug the mouse and check for any moisture inside. You might want to take it apart very carefully to ensure everything is dry. After that, just let it air out for a day or so. By the way, having a backup mouse or keyboard really helps in situations like this!
I'd be careful, tea spills can be tricky. Who knows what might happen next? Just keep an eye on it after cleaning—better safe than sorry!
There's a chance that dried tea is stuck on the sensor. Check it out and give it a clean with an air duster. If it still doesn’t work, you might need to disassemble it and clean it with some alcohol or distilled water. If your tea had sugar in it, make sure to do a thorough clean since sugar can cause issues. *Just a note, I've learned to enjoy my coffee without sugar for that very reason!*

Good to know! I only use milk in my tea, so hopefully, sugar won’t be a problem.
