I'm on the hunt for some tech suggestions as I prepare for college. My budget is around $300, and I'm open to either a separate cheap tablet and laptop or a good 2-in-1 device. If $300 is your absolute max, I’d recommend looking at the Acer Aspire Go. Just a heads up, though: I wouldn’t recommend a tablet as your main device. Instead, consider getting a large phone and saving for a proper laptop later.
Have you checked out the Lenovo Duet? It's a solid option within your budget. Also, consider the Acer Aspire Slim; both are good choices for what you need.
If you can push your budget a bit more, I’d suggest saving up a little extra for a MacBook Neo. They're great machines, and you might find some student discounts too.
