PC Won’t Boot: Black Screen and Maximum Fan Speed Issues

Hi folks, I need some assistance with my computer. Out of nowhere, it has lost display signal (both HDMI and DisplayPort) and is completely unresponsive now. Here's the rundown:

- My monitor shows a "No Signal" message, whether I connect to the GPU or the motherboard ports.
- All the fans are cranked up to maximum speed and won't let up.
- The power button on my case is unresponsive—I can't turn the system off even by holding it down.

Here's what I've tried:
- Performing a CMOS reset by removing the battery for over 5 minutes.
- Power cycling the PSU.
- Yet, the PC still boots into this odd "Max Fan/No Signal" state, and the power button doesn't respond.

My specs are:
- OS: Windows 11 Pro
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- GPU: XFX Quick Silver AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT
- Motherboard: ASUS Prime X870-P (AM5)
- RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz
- PSU: Silver Stone Hela 850R Platinum

Has anyone faced this issue, particularly with the X870 platform? Could this indicate BIOS corruption or maybe a conflict between the 9800X3D and the 9070 XT? Any advice would be very helpful!

Have you thought about testing with just one RAM stick at a time to see if there's a memory issue? Also, double check that your CPU has enough power—make sure the 8-pin cable is properly connected to it.

I already tried each RAM stick individually in various slots, but it didn’t change anything. The 8-pin CPU power cable is definitely secure.

I have the same CPU and GPU combo, so I don't think that's the problem. Can you even get into the BIOS? Maybe try plugging into the motherboard to use the integrated graphics.

Nope, I can't access the BIOS either. I tried connecting the HDMI/DP directly to the motherboard, but still, it's just No Signal and the fans are stuck at 100%.

This sounds like a classic case of AM5 memory training. Sometimes, it helps to just leave it running in that state for about 15 minutes to see if it sorts itself out.
