Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a significant project to dive into, preferably something that can really make a difference. I'd love it if you could share any major issues you're facing with your workflows or any gaps in the Kubernetes ecosystem where you think a helpful tool could be created. Thanks for your input!

One area I've spent a lot of time on is creating reliable AI agent orchestration tools for teams that aren't focused on infrastructure. There’s this big gap between running a simple prompt and having a system that executes consistently, deals with errors, and integrates seamlessly with various apps without constant monitoring. I’m currently building a tool called m8tes.ai to tackle this. If you're interested, I can share what I've learned about the challenges involved—spoiler: it's not the AI itself, but rather the integration aspects!
Have you considered checking out the GitHub repo of a tool you already use? You could look for an open issue there and try to tackle it. It’s a great way to get involved and also contribute something useful!
I’ve encountered a problem in my previous job where we had to shut down all our pods and start them back up while managing hundreds of deployments, statefulsets, and daemonsets. I couldn't find any existing scripts or projects that automate this process, so maybe that's a smaller yet useful idea worth exploring?

That sounds fascinating! I’d love to hear more about your vision for this tool and the specifics of what you’re working on. Let’s chat!
