Has anyone else been having trouble navigating the Azure Portal lately? I'm trying to submit a quota request, but it takes forever to load and ends up showing 'no results found.' Also, I'm encountering 'underlying API request' error messages while trying to view certain resources. I'm based in the UK, and it's been really frustrating!

This happens with the Azure portal every now and then. Sometimes, it’s not the portal itself, but one of the backend resource providers that’s having issues, leading to those 'underlying API request' errors. Quota requests are especially sensitive because they call multiple APIs at once. If everything is super slow or returns empty, it might be worth checking the Azure status page or switching to a different region/subscription to see if it's just a local glitch. Usually, if several resources give the same API errors, it’s just a temp thing.
I've been seeing GatewayTimeout errors when accessing Foundry or OpenAI resources in Microsoft.CognitiveServices. It's really annoying, but I can confirm that things are working again now as of just a bit ago.
I'm running into a `context deadline exceeded` error when using Terraform to query my cognitive services resources. Oddly enough, this was not an issue just last week, which definitely makes it feel like something's off with Azure right now.
