I've been having some major issues with my PC randomly crashing for the past couple of months. At first, I shrugged it off, but it's been getting progressively worse. Some days it crashes constantly while other days it seems fine. I attempted to update Windows, but every time I try, it crashes during the update process. I've already tested my RAM with Memtest and run DISM and SFC scans, but nothing has worked so far. Any ideas on what else I can try to fix this?

You might want to try uninstalling the most recent updates using the Windows recovery environment. Just hold down the SHIFT key while rebooting your PC. Then select 'Troubleshoot' and look for options to uninstall the last few updates. It can help with issues related to updates crashing. Check out [this Microsoft guide](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-recovery-environment-0eb14733-6301-41cb-8d26-06a12b42770b) for more info.

Could my RAM be causing these crashes? I just want to make sure before I try anything drastic.
