I've had my iPhone 11 for almost 5 years, and up until recently, it was working just fine. Now, it keeps telling me that my storage is full, even though I just bought more storage and deleted a bunch of things. I don't have much on my phone to start with!
I'm worried about optimizing my storage because I don't want to lose my photos—this phone is pretty much my only electronic device. Right now, I can't access my camera or microphone, can't download anything, and can't even see my pictures. I'm in a tough spot, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you might be confusing your phone's actual storage with your iCloud storage. You should check how much of your phone's storage is actually being used. Can you find out how much space is left in 'Settings' > 'General' > 'iPhone Storage'? That could give you a clearer picture.

It says 109.7 GB out of 200 GB used!
