I've got a PC with a Core i7 11700K, an RTX 4070 Ti, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. I'm considering upgrading my CPU but I'm torn between a few options: the R7 7700, R7 9700, R7 7800X3D, i7 13700, and Ultra 7 265K, all priced between $220 and $300 in my country. Additionally, DDR5 RAM costs around $300. I'm wondering if upgrading would make a noticeable difference, if my 11700K is enough not to bottleneck my 4070 Ti at 1440p, and if it's better to wait for prices to stabilize before jumping in. Any thoughts? (Apologies for my spelling; I'm not a native speaker.)

What exactly are you struggling with that makes you think you need an upgrade from your current setup? If you're facing performance issues, you might want to share more about those.
Your system is already pretty good! If you want to upgrade to DDR5, that's a valid option. Think about the games you play and the settings you prefer; the 7800X3D would be excellent for that. But honestly, just getting a 13th or 14th gen chipset during a sale could work well with your current RAM, so you might be fine staying with what you have for now.
Any of the CPUs you're considering would be a solid upgrade from the 11700K. Just keep in mind that you'll need a new motherboard if you switch to the AM5 socket or LGA 1700, so make sure to get one that supports DDR5. I'm waiting on the new Intel LGA 1954 myself, just to see how things shake out with pricing.

Sticking with DDR4 sounds smart, although the best DDR4 motherboard I found is a bit pricey. That 13700K would be overkill for it!
