Can I Claim Warranty for Components Damaged by a PSU Failure?

I recently experienced a failure with my PSU which ended up damaging all the other components of my PC, including the CPU. I returned everything to the shop where I purchased it, and they mentioned that all parts are under warranty. They'll be sending each component back to their service centers, but it might take about a month for them to process everything. My main concern is whether the service center can deny the warranty claim on these components due to the PSU causing the damage.

It really depends on the manufacturer. If you’re dealing with a reputable brand, you’re more likely to get a positive outcome. But if it’s a lesser-known brand, you might face some hurdles with the warranty.

If all the components are under warranty, they should be repaired or replaced without issue. Denial of claims isn't too common, particularly unless there's obvious physical damage. Just avoid dealing with companies like Asus for warranty claims since they can be a bit tricky.

Can they deny the warranty if they blame the PSU for the damage while there’s nothing wrong with the other components?
