Looking for Budget-Friendly 1440p Monitors After Upgrading My PC

My PC recently bit the dust and I managed to get a new prebuilt setup with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and a 9070XT. Now, I'm in the market for a new monitor to match the improved performance. I have a budget of around $250 AUD and I'd love some recommendations for a good monitor, ideally around 1440p resolution and possibly 160Hz. I'm not too sure what's the best option out there, so any help would be appreciated!

Check this out! There's a 1440p 144Hz IPS monitor for just $169 at Centercom. It's one of the cheapest options that meets your needs. Just keep in mind there might be delivery charges unless you go for click and collect. Here’s the link: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/tag/gaming-monitor?noexpired=1

Is that a solid deal from that site? And is Metrocom on eBay trustworthy? It'll be around $209 after the discount.
