I'm having a weird issue with my laptop where the selections are automatically moving from left to right and then going to the next line, almost like it's reading a book. I've tried a few things to fix it: I cleaned the arrow keys, checked for viruses using free Avast antivirus, and looked for any unusual activity in the task manager, but nothing seems out of the ordinary.

It sounds like your keyboard might be acting up. Sometimes if a key gets stuck or there's a hardware issue, it can cause this kind of behavior. Have you tried plugging in an external keyboard to see if the problem persists? It could help you narrow down if it’s a keyboard issue or something else.

Yeah, I read that Windows Defender is more integrated with Windows. I'm curious to see if that changes anything!
