I'm looking for creative ways to join meetings in Microsoft Teams without actually installing the app. I want methods that allow me to participate like a regular user. Any unique or different ideas would be awesome!

Definitely go for the browser option! It's smooth and doesn't require any installations. If you need something even lighter, a portable browser setup could work too. Just be aware that while there are some workaround methods, they can get a bit tricky and might not always be reliable.
You can use the web version of Teams! It works really well in Chrome or Edge, and most meeting links let you join through the browser. It's probably the easiest way to avoid downloading anything. If you're looking for other options, you could also join from your phone's browser instead of using the app. Or, if there's a phone number for the meeting, you can just dial in! Just keep in mind that if you call in, your phone number might be visible to others.
Good point about calling in! If you're trying to be stealthy, that might not be the best choice since people can see your number.
