Has Anyone Experienced This Weird Windows 11 UAC Prompt Issue?

I've been having some serious trouble figuring out why the UAC prompt on my Windows 11 system looks off. The username field appears to be out of alignment and seems like it's a totally different type of form field compared to the password one. This is making me think my machine might be compromised, but I can't find any evidence of that. I reached out to Microsoft for help, but they couldn't give me any answers. Has anyone else faced this? Check out the image I shared for reference! Also, just a heads up, I know my monitor is a bit dirty, but that's not really my fault. By the way, I heard this issue might be a bug in version 25H2 of Windows 11.

Yep, I've noticed that too after upgrading to 25H2! It's good to know I'm not the only one dealing with this weird UAC prompt. I was worried my setup was compromised or something. Seems like it’s just a bug that popped up after the update.

Exactly! I opened a ticket with Microsoft, but they said there’s no known issue. Super frustrating.

This glitch started for me right after a cumulative update on 25H2. It seems like Microsoft broke something in that update. Gotta love their updates, right?

Just a heads-up: if you suspect your machine is compromised, it might be a good idea to trigger your security procedures. No point diving deep into the why if you're considering a wipe. Maybe get some cybersecurity experts to check it out?

That’s solid advice! Better to be safe than sorry. Thanks for the tip!

Looks like Microsoft changed the GUI, and it’s kinda confusing now. This aligns with what I've been seeing as well. I really don't get why they keep messing with things that used to work fine!

Right? It’s like they’re trying to mess with our heads with these UI changes.

I've seen that 'tabbed out' username field too! It's been happening on all the updated machines I’ve handled recently. Definitely feels like another Windows 11 UI bug.

Glad to hear it's not just me! I was starting to think I broke something.
