I've been having some serious trouble figuring out why the UAC prompt on my Windows 11 system looks off. The username field appears to be out of alignment and seems like it's a totally different type of form field compared to the password one. This is making me think my machine might be compromised, but I can't find any evidence of that. I reached out to Microsoft for help, but they couldn't give me any answers. Has anyone else faced this?
