I'm curious to know what pain points you've experienced while implementing Microsoft 365 and its security measures. Personally, I've found licensing to be a significant hurdle, especially with recent news about Microsoft deprecating the Enterprise Agreement. What about you? What challenges have you faced?

Implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) has been a real headache. I feel like an idiot trying to set it up since it’s managed in so many different places with inconsistent documentation. It’s way more complex than it should be for what seems like a simple concept.
For us, ensuring data security has been a massive challenge. Microsoft bundles a lot of tools in their higher-end licenses, and getting everything configured correctly is a huge task. Often, we have to compromise on functionality just to feel secure. And with CoPilot being integrated everywhere, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to manage.
Migrating on-prem users is a painstaking process. I tried migrating mailboxes once, and that was tough! I'd love to know if it's possible to transfer security groups without starting from scratch. That would save so much hassle!
Honestly, it's not just one issue—it's the sheer volume of things to manage. Fully configuring the E3 or E5 stack can feel like a huge project. You have to ensure everything meets security standards and best practices, and then juggle all the new updates without missing a beat. It's quite a juggling act!
One of the biggest frustrations for us has been figuring out where necessary settings have moved to with every update. It's like a scavenger hunt every week! Plus, the documentation from Microsoft is often outdated, which doesn't help when you’re searching for guidance.
And sometimes they just rename things instead of leaving them alone! It’s like they want to keep us on our toes.
Exactly! The lack of clarity really hinders our setup process.

I totally get you! It’s baffling why there isn’t a unified setup for MFA—everything being scattered just adds to the confusion.
