My Monitor Keeps Going Black After Upgrading My GPU

I recently upgraded my graphics card from a 1050 Ti to a 5060, and I'm having some issues. Whenever I'm gaming, the monitor suddenly goes black as if it's losing signal from the GPU. After a few seconds, the video comes back on. I made sure to use DDU in safe mode to remove the old drivers, and I've even tried changing the HDMI cable, but that didn't solve the problem. Has anyone else experienced this, or can anyone help? This is my first GPU upgrade, and I'm really hoping to fix this issue.

You might want to check if your 5060 has the latest firmware. There’s a tool from NVIDIA specifically for this, and updating could potentially solve your problem. Here’s the link to the firmware update tool: [link]. Hope this helps!

I checked, but it says it's already updated!

Are you using any adapters to connect your HDMI cable? Sometimes the signal can get interrupted if there's a bad adapter in the mix. If you're going directly from HDMI to HDMI, then that shouldn’t be the issue, but it’s worth double-checking!
