Help! My Monitor Keeps Flickering with Weird Dots and Static

I'm having some issues with my Asus PG27ucdm monitor, which is connected via a DisplayPort 2.1 cable. Lately, it's been flickering with black screens and showing scanlines, and I can't figure out why. I also have another monitor, the AW2725q, connected with DisplayPort 1.4, and it's working perfectly fine. Both monitors are connected to my 5070ti graphics card. I've tried doing a factory reset and changing cables, but the flickering persists. I would really appreciate any insights or solutions anyone might have! Also, check out this video of the issue: https://youtube.com/shorts/4mIrLx144Ks?si=Ld203m5MkxuAFq2q

Have you tried checking if the monitor behaves normally in the BIOS or during the boot process before Windows starts? Sometimes specific settings or drivers in your OS can cause issues that don’t show up before the OS loads.

Yes, I tested it with my Steam Deck, and it works fine in BIOS when it's the only monitor connected. But when I have it set up with a second monitor, it sometimes doesn't wake up properly when booting into the OS.
