Why won’t my PSU cable fit properly into the Corsair RM1000e?

I'm having trouble getting my PSU cable to fit properly into my Corsair RM1000e power supply. I've pushed it in as far as I can without forcing it, but it still feels wobbly and can be pulled out with just a little bit of force. Am I doing something wrong? I even shared a video demonstrating the issue if that helps!

If you're really pushing hard enough that it feels like the PSU is bending, then something's definitely off. Make sure it's aligned right and try to troubleshoot with a different cable!

Sounds like you might not be pressing hard enough. Some cables need a good push to seat properly. It’s also worth checking if the cable is properly aligned with the socket.

Have you tried pushing a bit harder? Sometimes it just needs a little extra pressure to click into place. Don't be afraid to give it a firm push!

It could be that something is blocking the connection. Double-check to see if there's anything obstructing the socket. Also, trying another power cable might help!

I checked and there's nothing blocking it, but I’ll definitely try a different cable to see if that works.
